Cusco
Cusco, a city with a legacy filled with history and splendid culture is the starting point to visit the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu, "The Lost City of the Incas", considered one of the jewels of the Archaeological world and a destination binding in Peru . A 120km of Cusco, the Urubamba Valley, Machu Picchu is located in beautiful landscape framed by the lush vegetation of the jungle nearby. The ruins are located in the eastern part of Machu Picchu divided into two areas: agricultural and urban; latter includes the civilian sector (houses and canals) and the sacred sector (temples, mausoleums, squares and royal houses). DAY 01: Cusco Assistance upon their arrival in Cusco and transfer to hotel selected. Free time to rest and acclimatize to the altitude.
